Website ManagerAISOV’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on 29th of September 2024.
We thank our members for their continued support in particular the near unanimous support and approval of those members present and voting for the amendment to the purpose of our Constitution which among others incorporated our Vision, the three focus areas and newly incorporated fourth focus area.

Network within our community and beyond to promote basic human rights and preserve equality, dignity, and respect for all humankind.
In addition to the above at our AGM, AISOV’s financial and other reports were presented and the new management committee was elected.
Lobat Nezami and Kambiz Razmara having served their first year on the management committee rolled into their second year.
In line with our Constitution and prior to the AGM Koroush Kamkar was appointed by the management committee to the become a member of the management committee and will continue for two years.
Afrooz Rahimian having served her two years on the management committee nominated for re-election and was elected.
Mahsa Hajjari, Leila Zivdar, Esmat Amirahmadi, Houra Zare Lavassani , Farid Samadi, Alireza Kouklan having nominated were elected onto the management committee.
We thank all for their interests and commitments.
Reza Davari kindly agreed to continued his role as coordinator of Golbang Magazine. We thank Reza for his dedication and commitment.
Pursuant to our constitution, within 28 days from the AGM, the management committee will elect AISOV’s President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. We will announce the details of those elected to these positions in due course. In the meantime and until these positions are newly elected and announced the existing officeholders continue in their roles.
